TEMPLATE Assemble Learning Party Guest Expert Coordinating Spreadsheet
This template spreadsheet comes equipped with three tabs:
- ALL Learning Parties is designed to be a summary of all the Learning Parties you throw, with a row for each party. It's where you store the high-level details about each party. It's a view of the past: a row should be added for each party after the party has taken place. How to use this tab: Clear out the content and start to fill in your own information.
- TEMPLATE [Month]: [Theme] is designed to be your blank template for planning individual Learning Parties, with a row for each potential guest expert you reach out to. This is where you can store information about your potential guest experts as you plan each party: who reached out to them and when, what perspective they bring, whether they've confirmed, declined, or cancelled, what kind of activity they'll lead, and more. How to use this tab: Duplicate the tab and start to fill in information about guest experts you've reached out to (or plan to contact). Create a tab for each party you plan. Reference the EXAMPLE tab ⬇️ to see how this should be filled in.
- EXAMPLE February 2019: Fun with Food shows you how the TEMPLATE tab ⬆️ looks when it's filled in with information about guest experts who have been invited to a Learning Party. How to use this tab: Reference it as you duplicate and fill in information about the parties you're planning. (Once you've got the hang of it and have your own tabs to reference, you can delete this one.)
